Throughout the week of May 13, 2019, 4th grade students at Union Hall Elementary School participated in several STEM projects in Ms. Mindy Takacs’s science class. The students put together many different types of snap circuits; circuits that make noises, fans that may speed up or fly up in the air, and different sounding alarms. They even made solar powered circuits. The students used their imaginations to make many different styled mazes for the marbles to go through. The students also made bridges and houses. Their structures were unique and strong; the bridges were able to hold many different objects. At the end of the week, students reviewed potential energy and kinetic energy by making cars!
